WCG Malaysia 2009 To Have Only Three Official Games?

We just found out that the WCG Malaysia official website has finally went online again yesterday together with the list of official game for this year. While that might be delighful, we are shocked to find that there are only three out of five official WCG PC games in the list:
- FIFA’09
- Starcraft
- Warcraft 3
As far as we remember, this is the first time that Counter-Strike and racing game for PC has been left out from official WCG Malaysia game list. While we did expect that the event will be down scaled due to the tough economic situations but we never thought it would reach that extent.
Other informations such as dates and venues will be made available soon, according to a post in the website.

Majority of the cybercafe customers are dota and counter-strike players, and the organisers now thinking of sending minority games for Malaysia.. It’s time for a change and hire a company that has really a strong connection with the government and private sponsors.. This move really murdering our local gaming scene. :C
