Slimmer PlayStation 3 Image Popped Out: Real Deal or Fake?

A set of images what claimed to be the new Sony PlayStation 3 was posted up on Chinese site, LevelUp. Within hours, all the images has been taken down without any explanation, but as usual, swift netizens managed to pick up them before it was gone.
The leaked images somehow looked fake and real at the same time. Fake because it looked super sketchy and also, the fact that these images came from China, where many imitation consoles are made. It also looked real because the rumors of a slim PS3 has been around for so long and not to forget, E3 is just around the corner.
Well, if it’s true, let’s hope that it will come with a “slimmer” price tag too.

There are few more pictures available at the sauce, including a “supposedly” packaging box.
