ESWC Asia Masters FIFA Online 2 Malaysia Selection Announced
April 23, 2009 by Chapree

IAH Games and MyCNX has announced that they are going select one kick ass FIFA Online 2 (FO2) player from Malaysia, to represent the country at ESWC Asia Masters in Korea next month. Apart from Malaysia, 11 international players and 4 of Korean own FO2 champs will meet up at the event which offered around RM 43,600 (USD 12,000) worth of total cash prizes.
Open to only players aged 18 years old and above, the Malaysian selection will be held online starting from tomorrow onwards up till Monday, 27th April. We not really sure about the time though but it’s safe to assume that it will kick off and stops on midnight of both dates.
To participate is rather easy, just top up at least one Game Value Code (any value) and collect as much World Tour Point (WTP) as possible during the selection period. The top WTP earner will be selected to hold the national flag at Cheonan.
The game admins are still collecting feedback, especially for those who about to play FO2 just for this selection. Check out their message board for details.
The Malaysia’s representative selection is rather short though compared to Singapore’s half a month long online qualifiers + LAN playoff event. Do you think IAH Games/MyCNX should have a LAN event instead to be fairer? Let’s roll the discussion ball…
