The Beatles: Rock Band
Wheeee, we are now digital!

Everybody knew The Beatles, right? Since most of us here are occasional music junkie and serial music game addicts, we can’t help but to feel excited about the upcoming Fab Four game, made by the same guys that brought us Rock Band franchise - MTV Games, EA and Harmonix.

The name of the game has been confirmed as The Beatles: Rock Band. The game is still shrouded in mystery as the dev will only start churning information next month onwards. So far, the only footage available from the game was shown unexpectedly during Paul McCartney’s set at 2009 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California, US last weekend.

As usual, you can opt for stand alone game since it’s still compatible with the older Rock Band and other music controllers or the whole she-bang Limited Edition Premium Bundle which will contained:

  • The game itself
  • Large scale bass guitar controller modeled after McCartney’s famous Höfner Violin Bass
  • Ludwig-branded Rock Band drumset, complete with Beatles kick drum head replica and classic pearl finish.
  • Microphone and microphone stand
  • Additional special contents

The Beatles: Rock Band will be released worldwide for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii on 9th September. The super bundle carries a price tag of around RM 910 (US$ 249.99) at States, no local pricing available yet. Now, where can we sign the pre-order form? <3
