Resident Evil 5 Special Edition 360 Console Has Arrived, But Not In Red

Upon diving into the forums and visiting a number of retailers, we found out that the much talked about Resident Evil 5 Special Edition Xbox 360 console is already here. Much to our dissapointment though, the Asia region didn’t receive the awesome looking red colored console but instead, the usual white colored unit. Also, the given HDD in the Asia’s bundle is the 60GB unit instead of 120GB in the original RE5 bundle.

Thankfully, the other Resident Evil 5-related bonus contents doesn’t change though such as the game’s tin-case, RE5 premium theme and a making-of DVD. Together with them are 3-month Xbox LIVE Gold subscription and Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix download code.

Seriously, what gives, Microsoft (and Capcom maybe)? I believe that 360 factory is in China - which located in Asia after all, so why can’t we get the red colored console? It baffled us as much as you might did.
