Sudden Attack Closed Beta Ends, Open Beta and Official Launch This March

Asiasoft recently announced that their current cream of the crop game - Sudden Attack is going to move out from its Closed Beta period into Open Beta soon. The game server has already been shut down last Monday and is scheduled to be back online on Tuesday, 3rd March at 3:00 pm.

Once the Open Beta starts, players can look forward to shoot each with new weapons on a number of new maps. Not only that, Asiasoft is giving a total of RM 10,000 in cash for top players. Each week from the first day of Open Beta up till 6th April, top 5 players of the week will receive a cash reward of RM 400 each. The actual dates are as below:

Session 1: 3rd – 9th March ‘09

Session 2: 10th – 16th March ‘09

Session 3: 17th – 23rd March ‘09

Session 4: 24th – 30th March ‘09

Session 5: 31st March – 6th April ‘09

Last but not least, Sudden Attack will also receive its official launch this coming March. The event will take place on 21st March at Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur in conjunction with Maxis Hotlink Anime and Games Festival 2009. It is not going to be a one day affair only though, as a mini tournament will be held through out the weekend.

We heard that the mini tournament will offer a substantial amount of cash prizes. More details are expected to be available by the end of this week. We’ll keep you posted.
