Alma Is Back : F.E.A.R 2 To Be Released This Weekend

Be prepared to be scared poo-less by Alma Wade once again in the sequel to 2005’s horror FPS, F.E.A.R.. This time around in F.E.A.R 2: Project Origin, you will no longer playing as the Point Man, but instead as Sgt. Micheal Becket, a Delta Force operator.

Together with your team, you will start the game approximately 30 minutes before the ending of the first game to arrest Genevieve Aristide, president of Armacham Technology Corporation. From there on, the roller coaster ride begins as you’ll encounter new enemies with enhanced A.I to reveal more mystery behind the secretive Project Origin.

The game has just been released at US yesterday and will be released in Malaysia this coming Saturday, 14th February. As revealed by the game’s distributor - New Era, each pre-order of F.E.A.R 2 will received a limited edition postcards. For the true fans, you can get your hand for the Limited Edition version of the game which came with special F.E.A.R 2 t-shirt.

We didn’t receive any pricing but judging from a quick survey among the usual online retailers, it should linger around RM 179 for PC. It is unknown whether the price tag belong to the vanilla or LE version. As for consoles version, normal edition would cost somewhere along the common price while LE edition would be around RM 200 (slightly more or less) for both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
