GRID 8 Ball DLC: Ready For Consoles, Coming Soon To PC

When Race Driver: GRID was launched back in June, Codemasters mentioned that the game will receive a DLC pack and then reconfirmed it again one month later, this time with periodical release of screenshot. Wait no longer people, as the DLC pack have finally arrived for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Named as “8-Ball“, the DLC pack featured two new multiplayer event, eight cars and four new achievements (only for Xbox 360). Below are the list of cars and achievements:

New Cars

• McLaren F1 GTR
• TVR Cerbera Speed 12
• Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X
• Honda S2000
• Nissan GT-R (S-G2008)
• VW Nardo
• Pontiac Firebird Trans AM
• Volvo C30

New Achievements for Xbox 360

• Jack Of All Trades: Win an online race in each of the 8 Ball pack cars.
• Drift Master: Achieve a 99x combo in the Honda S2000.
• Gas Guzzler: Clock up over 250 miles in your favourite 8 Ball pack car.
• Clean Passing: Win a clean race in an 8 Ball Pack car from last position.

The GRID 8-Ball DLC are priced at 800 Microsoft Points at Xbox Live Marketplace and USD$ 9.99 at PlayStation Network. As for PC users, more information will be made available soon according to Codemasters. Too bad.
