CGS Pan-Asian 2008 Day 1 Recap

The first day of CGS Pan-Asian 2008 has ended with positive results for Kuala Lumpur Taufan. The lack of online coverage during the event was quite apparent since the full results was made available only when the team got back to their hotels. Here there are, courtesy of G-Din, one of Taufan’s FM2 player:

Final Score: 14 - 28

Quite a good start for our Malaysian rep. Especially by Taufan’s female DoA 4 player, Be3, when she managed to unleashed a perfect 0 - 5 storm against her Mirage’s counterpart. A perfect present for herself, who are celebrating her birthday today.

That’s all for day 1 of CGS Pan-Asian 2008. For tomorrow, KL Taufan will compete against Sydney Underground at 1:30pm and Seoul Jinhwa at 4:30pm. According to G-Din, the Wuhan Optical Valley eSports Stadium located at the 7th floor of this building. The CGS Pan-Asian set is big but it didn’t took the whole floor. Every morning, all of them need to take stairs to the venue. Don’t ask me why there are no elevators around
