The Last Canopy by Easy Only! Games Me steeling all ur wepenz lulz.

Easy Only! Games did it again! After their previous creation - Ballistic Wars bags the third prize in the JayIsGames.com 4th Casual Gameplay Design Competition, Wan Hazmer and the gang went to higher heights when their latest offering called The Last Canopy was announced as the winner of JayIsGames.com 5th iteration of the international game design competition.

To those who never heard of this competition before, this is how the competition works - each participants have to build a Flash game around a given theme. For this edition, the given theme is “upgrade“. The winners are then decided by a panel of 7 reviewers.

Apart from getting USD$ 3,500 and a Adobe Flash CS3 license for being a champ, The Last Canopy also won the hearts of the community when 23.44% of total voters favors the game, more than double of its nearest competitior. The high percentage of vote made them eligible for the Audience Prize + USD$ 500 richer.

Congratulations to the dev team once again. What’s next then, Hazmer?
