Wii Received Official Confirmation Of Rock Band

Rock on to Wii, yeeeeehaaaaaaaaaa!!

During EA’s conference call earlier today, EA’s CEO John Riccitiello confirmed that Rock Band is coming to Nintendo Wii soon. The statement was made not during the actual conference call, but during the call’s Q&A session afterwards. No release date was mentioned though.

I wonder if this announcement is related to the delayed launch of the Asian version for Rock Band. Maybe EA want to launch the game at this part of the world in one single multi-platform launch. Why not?
