EA Singapore Invites You To Play On March

This is an extension of our earlier C&C3 Tournament post. If you read that post, you would know that the winner of that tournament will represent Malaysia to a larger event in Singapore called EA Play’08.
Actually, EA Play’08 have few more official tournament games that could interest Malaysian gamers since Singapore is not that far after all and we love to compete at their events - GXL and such. Those games are:
- Crysis (PC)
- Skate (Xbox 360)
- Need For Speed ProStreet (Xbox 360)
- FIFA’08 (PlayStation 3)
- NBA STREET Homecourt (PlayStation 3)
Thinking of a road trip this March then? Maybe you need to hold your horses first. For now, I’m not sure whether other official games apart from C&C3 will involve regional qualifier or not. If it will, that would major blow for non-Singaporean gamers (that include us, Malaysians) outside of C&C3 players that planning to compete at the event.
I really hope that is not the case because somehow Australia doesn’t have a C&C3 qualifier. Instead, they have Crysis tournament (they are sending their TOP EIGHT - LAPAN - 8 players! Wah lau weh!) which have been dropped out of favor for Malaysia. I’m going to update you guys as soon as I got the answers.
