Cyberjaya PS3 FIFA’08 Tournament

In conjunction with their 1st anniversary, Cyberjaya Lake Gardens Community Club is going to held several events to celebrate the occasion this weekend. One of the events will be a PlayStation 3 FIFA’08 Tournament that features cash prizes worth RM 600 in total. Not bad for a first timer.
According to the organizer, they already prepared around 10 unit of PS3s with each of them hooked up to a huge 32″ Samsung LCD TV. The registration is FREE but the competition is limited to only 32 players. To register, just submit your name and IC number to powerpunkboy[AT]gmailDOTcom. Better make your move now. 
This is the second PS3 event after last weekend’s Toybox FIFA’08 Cup. It is good to see that PS3 is finally seeing some tourney actions.

Update from the tournament
Champion: [NU Clan] VutSi walked away with RM 300 + Medal
2nd Place: [MyFeS] aRrOyOs walked away with RM 200 + Medal
3rd place : ?? (cannot remember the winner…sorry) walked away with RM 100 + Medal

Chapree: It was held at Cyberjaya, Malaysia (since I figure out that your IP is not a Malaysian IP). The tournament has concluded, so better luck next time, buddy.

thats cool. aww man move away from malaysia at a wrong time. Make more tournaments try to chose a different genre, COD4 compettion maybe, Unreal Torunament but keep making these competitions soon it will become popular and i wanna see that.
