Malaysian Asian WCG Players Interviews

Recently, a number of interview popped up at WCG Asian Championship website. Two of the earliest interview that was made available there were three members of Malaysian squad during the last Asian WCG: Paul Yan & Chi Lam of Cybertime|RoA and [W|nDs]Loon4tic.

The interview was done by Thomas of Rapture Gaming, the organizer of Asian WCG. Here are some excerpts from the interview:

“Blindspot: During WCG AC finals, all eyes were on the match between Malaysia and China. How was the feeling like up on stage and what happened during the match?
Paulyan: Hmm..I felt very excited and enjoying while playing on the stage, because i like to be watch to play …at the final game we pick a wrong hero, giving the china team BB is our biggest mistake.

Blindspot: As in winning the WCG AC 07 first runner up, you all proven yourself to be worthy of that title. No one would disagree, right?
Christopher: Well, team KS now should be the strongest now in Malaysia, so I dare not say we are one of the best 3 in Asia. We did not even qualify for ADC grand final…

BlindSpot: You all did not qualify is because of ROA has disbanded right?
Christopher: ROA did not disband, we are just inactive now due to two player leaving the team. However, we will continue to play with 2 new members. We will not disband until all of us started working.

BlindSpot: Let’s now talk about WCG AC 2007. How do you find the experience in WCG AC 07 this year?
LoOn4tiC: I had quite an average game with China, but still I lost to him and lastly Vietnam, he found my weakness and manages to counter that in the 2nd set. The gaming experience was bad, but the tournament area was awesome, once in a while, I can see booth chicks walked past.”
