SMM Grand National DotA Tournament

Finally, after numorus qualifiers across the country for the past 5 months, the SMM Grand National DotA Tournament has finally arrived at its finale last weekend. Held at FTZ|Asia Cafe.net SS15, Subang Jaya, the Malaysia’s premier DotA tournament featured 32 teams that made it through the qualifiers.

While we were not there on the scene for obvious reason, the full results were as below:

Champion: Kingsurf
1st Runner Up: MKVL
2nd Runner Up: New Cybertime
3rd Runner Up: Cybertime One

Kingsurf really showed that their Top 8 achievement at MYM - Senhiesser Prime Defending #7 were not flux. Also, you can see that the usual DotA giants, DNA|SK (last year champion) and Cybertime One a.k.a RoA, didn’t performed very well in this tournament. Who could guess that?
