The Crackdown Starts Now: War On Modded 360s
May 19, 2007 by Chapree

With the popularity of Xbox 360, the ban on modded units came much faster than the original Xbox. Straight from the team’s blog:
As you can imagine, we have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to modded consoles connecting to LIVE.
We’re very serious about this, and if we detect you have a modded Xbox then you will not be able to connect to Xbox Live. If you see this screen and get Status Code: Z: 8015 - 190D…that means your console has been banned.
For many of us who living in Bolehland who have been living under piracy shadow for the longest time, this news should be expected long time ago and I bet many couldn’t be bothered enough. But then, what is Xbox 360 without access to Xbox LIVE? Stay original, guys. You earn more brag points when you got yourself original games, especially here in our country.

Stay legal. Been running unmodded gear for about a year. Beats out cheap pirated goods plus u’ve got warranty too.
